How Does Color Code Mobile Work?

Each serviced hotline is accessed just minutes after it is updated, and its newly called colors are inserted into a custom software program. The program then searches our database for the subscribers whose colors are called and securely transmits their phone numbers to our account at the world's leading voice broadcast network for processing. Then, a detailed recording is sent straight to your phone as a normal phone call. When a call is answered, the recording automatically plays and informs the subscriber. If a call is not answered, the recording is forwarded to the subscriber's voicemail/answering machine and left as a message. And if a busy signal is ever encountered, the call is automatically resent after a short wait. We receive a status report that tracks and confirms the successful delivery of each call.

I'm on a random drug testing program which has me call a phone number for a color, but its not called color code. Is it the same thing?

Yes. Any program in which you must call a phone number (your hotline), and listen for your assigned color is a color code program, even if your court calls it something different.

Does Color Code Mobile call me every day?

No. We only call you when your color is called on your hotline...your number when you need it, not when you don't.

When I get a call, what number will show up on my Caller ID?

Our customer service number, 913-484-1444, will show up on your Caller ID.

Why must I call my hotline after I get your call?

You must call your hotline after you receive a call from us to both verify our message as well as inquire about your facility's business hours for the following day and the possibility of any special instructions.

I got a new phone number. How do I change the one I gave when I signed up?

You can change all of your information by logging into your account on the main page.  All information is confidential and secure.

My officer changed my color. How do I update it?

Again, all of your information can be changed and updated once you log into your personal account on the main page.

How do I pay for the service?

During the signup process, you will be able to enter your billing information. We accept all credit and debit cards. Your card will then be charged once a month from your sign up date.

When does my service begin?

Service begins the same business day that you sign up. If you fully complete the sign up process during the day's business hours, then your service will begin that day. If you complete the sign up process after business hours, your service will begin the next day.

Is Color Code Mobile reliable?

Yes! As discussed all over the website, we operate on the leading voice broadcast network in the world. Their live broadcast reports notify us real-time on the status of each call. If you take care of your responsibilities (outlined in the guidelines you must agree to when you sign up), Color Code Mobile will never disappoint you.

What time will I receive a call if my color is called?

We broadcast all of our messages to our subscribers whose colors have been called on their hotlines within an hour of the hotline being updated.

I'm off color code, how do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your personal account. There is a link to cancel your account at the bottom of the page.

Is Color Code Mobile affiliated with the courts?

The court system does not endorse outside companies. They did however think Color Code Mobile was a great idea.
